Further meditating effect of job involvement was assessed between WPS and WS. For the purpose of this study, a sample of 215 respondents from MSMEs have collected. The hypothesized model used in the study has been validated using SEM where relations among constructs such as WPS, WS, and JI were validated.  Meditation analysis was done using PROCESS Macro in this study. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between WPS and work WS. It was evident from the results of the study that the variable of WPS is positively associated with job involvement. Furthermore, it was evident from the outcome of the study that job involvement has a partial mediating effect between WPS and WS. The study is done with a sample of 215 employees of the selected MSMEs from Delhi and NCR. The findings of the study suggest workplace spirituality is an important aspect to improve job involvement among employees. It is suggested to the managers in MSMEs to put emphasis on the spirituality dimensions of employees. This study contributes to the domain of spirituality in an organization.
