Abstract
In today’s competitive market, brands must do more than meet basic customer needs—they need to emotionally connect with their audiences. Emotional branding helps companies build deeper relationships by appealing to customers’ feelings, values, and aspirations. This strategy goes beyond product features, aiming to create trust and loyalty through meaningful experiences. This research explores how brands use different emotions in their marketing to influence consumer behaviour. It looks at key outcomes like trust, satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat purchases. Using descriptive analysis, PRISMA methodology, and real-life case studies from India and globally, the study highlights how emotional branding can drive stronger customer connections and long-term brand success. Finally, the paper introduces a new framework that highlights the importance and role of emotional branding in
modern marketing. This framework clarifies how emotional connections can give brands a competitive edge and foster lasting relationships with consumers.
